Case Studies
West Coast Partnership Bid- Project Coordinator
I was pivotal to setting up and mobilising a bid team, including a new off-site office which accommodated over 50 consulting staff and firms. I continued to ensure the smooth running of the office, including team communication systems, as well as ensuring effective team admin and coordination between workstreams. As the bid went through, we ensured its many project and governance milestones were met, reaching its peak at bid submission. Furthermore, the position also included being the daily point of contact for the Department for Transport (DfT), and I was responsible for the tracking and tracing of all documentation, activity plans and progress status reports.
energie Fitness- Opening’s Manager
I led the establishment of the gym as Opening's Manager, responsible for all aspects of the build and fit out of the site. This work was successfully completed within the required timescale and budget, establishing a Covid secure working environment. Additionally, I lead on HR, Marketing and Sales for the project, launching as the top pre-sale gym in the country with nearly 1000 paying members.

I managed the launch of a successful start up. Led all workstreams, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and successful implementation of new systems and processes. I managed project delays and implemented corrective actions, mitigating impact on timelines while maintaining high-quality deliverables. I also launched new business initiatives that expanded the company’s portfolio and market reach.
Galldris- Bid Manager
As Bid Manager I was responsible for coordinating the production and submission of bid documents to specification. Furthermore, I stepped in to create the majority of their community plan, drawing from the company’s basic fundamentals, and creating innovative but project and community specific ideas to include in the bid.
