Management and Administration
I can provide a broad range of support including temporary management and administration of your organisation. This can cover document and book editing, designing and delivering bespoke documentation and presentations, and identifying gaps in delivery plans and finding common sense, practical solutions.
In regards to administration, I have supported major projects with rationalising and optimising their events and appointments, organisation their records and other sensitive materials, and providing minutes for ‘sector expert’ meetings. In terms of communication, I have provided specialist support in creating reports for stakeholder and political correspondence, document ownership and editing, and delivering high quality outputs.

Strategic Lines- Project Coordinator
I coordinated business-critical projects, including the production and submission of bid documents, ensuring adherence to deadlines. Supported the Company Director with strategic planning and research, contributing to informed decision-making.
Energie Fitness- Temporary General Manager.
During my time as temporary General Manager, I oversaw all aspects of the gyms operations including sales, member relations, and ensuring compliancy with regulations including Covid-19 protocols. I built an excellent operational team, coordinating staff recruitment, selection and performance management.
Festival of the Artisan- Festival Coordinator
I provided festival administration and support to the organiser, as well as organising the catering and being in charge of a small team running the event. Here I was engaged at short notice to support a time critical event and where I quickly established effective financial and stock control processes to ensure the smooth and profitable running of the event
